About the Role: As the Manager Network and Telecommunications , you will lead a team of Network Engineers and technical experts, ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure across DP World Europe. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving technological innovation, maintaining operational uptime, and supporting business expansion through robust and secure communication systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of Network Engineers across Europe. Act as the senior escalation point for network and telecommunications issues. Oversee network architecture, operations, and projects to support growth and innovation. Work closely with IT, Business Development, Operations, InfoSec, and external vendors to align strategies and deliver seamless services. Ensure compliance with security standards and support internal/external audits. Lead initiatives for SD-WAN deployment, telephony, and video conferencing solutions. Provide strategic input and hands-on leadership for disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Travel to DP World sites across Europe as required (approximately one week every six). Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent combination of certifications and 15+ years of relevant experience. At least 5 years’ experience in telecommunications leadership and vendor management. Broad knowledge of network, telecom, and security technologies—especially Cisco, SD-WAN, Zscaler, and Palo Alto. Experience with monitoring tools (. SolarWinds, PRTG) and UC platforms (. Cisco CUCM, Mitel). Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in complex technical environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, are an advantage.
