  • As a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of private banking solutions within the bank's Global Private Banking environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and high availability of client onboarding and reporting systems, directly impacting secure and efficient wealth management services for clients worldwide. This is your chance to drive operational excellence and grow your career in an innovative financial technology setting.

responsibilities :
  • Provide production support for the PB Client Onboarding and PB Client Reporting systems.
  • Analyze incidents and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage Incidents and Problem Records within ServiceNow, ensuring root cause identification and resolution.
  • Support ongoing technical and process improvements in partnership with Support colleagues, DevOps, and SRE teams.
  • Respond to system alerts and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support weekend releases and system maintenance as required, including non-office hours.
  • Participate in incident escalations, troubleshooting, and documentation to facilitate operational efficiency.

requirements-expected :
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or ITIL-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of Incident management, problem resolution, and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux is a plus.
  • Experience managing incidents, problems, and change requests in a GSD environment.
  • Prior experience or relationships within HSBC, especially within private banking environments, is advantageous.
  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Risk awareness and a proactive approach to issue mitigation.
  • Curious mindset with a desire to understand and root out issues effectively.
  • Communicative English.
