We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist with German to join a global Supply Chain Operations team.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accurate order execution, inventory alignment, and timely resolution of customer and operational queries. You will play a key role in maintaining service levels, data accuracy, and seamless order flow across the supply chain.This Stanowisko is ideal for candidates who want to develop within a structured supply chain environment and gain exposure to international operations.

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Manage transactional order processing activities, including order entry, validation, and amendments
Perform stock alLokalizacja and availability checks, including reservations and substitutions
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in line with operational procedures
Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries through case management tools
Process claims, returns, and penalties, ensuring accurate data collection and validation
Support issue resolution and escalation management within defined workflows
Maintain high data quality and compliance with supply chain processes

WYMAGANIA:

University degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain roles
Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level)
Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
