We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join a global organization, supporting end-to-end supply chain performance, customer collaboration, and advanced analytics activities.In this role, you will act as a key partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, delivering insights that support service-to-sales performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will work in a matrix environment, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic decision support.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Deliver advanced analytics and insights to support customer collaboration and service-to-sales performance
Provide structured inputs to joint planning, service reviews, and performance tracking (without full ownership)
Analyse supply chain performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Identify performance gaps and support root cause analysis and improvement actions
Support cost-to-serve analysis, penalties tracking, and service KPI reporting
Contribute to reporting automation, data quality, and process standardisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and process effectiveness

WYMAGANIA:

University degree
Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
Strong experience in customer-facing supply chain roles
Fluent English and German (min. C1)
Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
Experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a strong advantage)
Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation
Ability to translate data into clear, structured business recommendations
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders
Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Experience in process improvement, automation, and driving efficiency initiatives
High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
