Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementingtrading strategiesandquantitative models
• Optimising RES (Renewable Energy Sources) power plant assets through trading on the PolishDay-AheadandIntraday Markets
• Participating inproprietary tradingactivities in physical energy markets
• Executing orders on the PolishAncillary Services Market
• Strategically managing and optimisingBattery Energy Storage Systems(BESS)
• Nominating schedules to theTransmission System Operator(TSO)
• Collaborating closely withanalysis and product development teams
• Contributing to the development of internal trading systems andprocess automation(e.g. algo-trading)
• Monitoringmarket trendsand sharing relevant insights with the team

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in trading Polish power markets
• Fluency in Polish and English – daily usage
• University degree in finance or economics, or a scientific or technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn, adaptive, and responsible
