Project description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer who combines strong engineering skills with analytical thinking and curiosity about AI-assisted development.
  • In this role you will not only contribute to building and improving credit solutions, but also act as a technical enabler for the team - supporting analytical work, experimenting with AI tools that accelerate development, and ensuring smooth team collaboration when needed.
  • This is a senior consulting role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership of delivery from requirements to production, improving how teams work, and applying modern tooling to software development.

  • Higher education level within IT or related fields are prefered 
  • Over 5 years of experience as Python Developer 
  • Solid analytical mindset and ability to work with complex business domains. 
  • Practical experience using AI tools in software development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants, AI-driven testing or analysis). 
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams. 
  • Comfortable using Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking. 
  • Ability to temporarily support team coordination or Scrum ceremonies when needed. 
  • It is nice to have the knowledge of data analytics/data engineering or ML/AI frameworks
