At the core of our work is a cross-platform Monetization SDK that enables app developers to provide users with an alternative way to access premium features. This SDK currently runs on millions of devices across desktop, mobile, and smart TV platforms. Why Do We Do It? Modern app monetization is outdated, limited, and often frustrating for users. Ads disrupt the experience, and paywalls restrict access. We operate as a tight-knit team where each engineer has significant ownership and the freedom to influence architecture, tooling, and long-term strategy. Who Works With Us? A distributed team of around twenty experienced engineers and product specialists. You will join a small, senior SDK-focused group working closely with backend, infrastructure, and product teams. English is our primary working language, and asynchronous communication is our default. Why Is There a Vacancy? We are scaling. Our SDK is expanding into new platforms, growing in complexity, and supporting an increasing number of enterprise partners. We are looking for an engineer who can own and evolve multi-platform SDK development as the product footprint continues to grow. Who Are We Looking For? A resourceful and experienced engineer who enjoys complex technical challenges, learns new languages quickly, and understands the nuances of building production-grade SDKs for a wide range of environments. Essential Requirements 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in SDK or library development. Strong experience with Kotlin (preferred) or proficiency in JavaScript or C++ with readiness to learn additional languages. Background in mobile and/or smart TV platform development. Deep understanding of memory management, threading, and performance optimization. Experience with SDK packaging, distribution, and dependency management. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems. Solid written communication skills for documentation and cross-team work. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus Points Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript on smart TV platforms (Tizen, WebOS). Knowledge of proxy protocols or network programming. Familiarity with resource usage monitoring and optimization. Understanding of sandboxing, platform-specific security constraints. Swift/iOS development experience. Previous contributions to open-source SDKs. CI/CD experience for multi-platform builds and releases. What Will You Do? Maintain, expand, and optimize SDKs for Android/FireOS (Kotlin), WebOS/Tizen (JavaScript), Windows (C++), and iOS (Swift). Develop new features and capabilities based on product requirements and partner needs. Collaborate with backend, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure high performance, consistency, and stability across platforms. Investigate complex platform-specific issues and deliver robust solutions. Define and implement testing strategies for multi-platform releases. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term SDK evolution. Write clear documentation for internal teams and external integration partners.
