We are based in Polska. Our main area of operation is the DACH region and Scandinavia, where we are known for providing top-notch software development services. Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures. The main area of competence includes Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement. About the role We are looking for an independent and results-oriented senior individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Executive to help develop business relationships and acquire new customers mainly in the DACH region, but also in the rest of EU. If you have experience in sales and business development, excel at building relationships, and successfully acquiring clients, join us! Responsibilities Driving technical sales and business development activities across EU and non‑EU markets, focusing on technology‑led value creation and long‑term client partnerships. Building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline while scaling Altimi’s presence within key technology market segments. Acquiring new clients — Identifying and engaging potential customers, initiating outreach, conducting technical discovery meetings and sales workshops, and developing relationships that convert into new engineering and software delivery projects. Managing full technical sales cycles — Independently running the process from discovery and technical needs qualification, through building solution proposals (value proStanowisko, architecture outline, scope/SOW), to presentations, negotiations, and contract closure. Representing Altimi — Participating in tech conferences, trade fairs, and industry events to promote Altimi’s engineering capabilities, expand networks, and strengthen the Firma’s Stanowiskoing within the IT services ecosystem. Achieving sales targets — Effectively managing leads, consistently moving opportunities through the pipeline, and driving results aligned with revenue and growth objectives. Market and competitor analysis — Monitoring technology trends, competitive offerings, and industry dynamics, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the creation of data‑driven GTM strategies. Requirements Strong understanding of the IT industry, technology trends, and software delivery models, with the ability to interpret business challenges and translate them into tailored solution proposals. 8–15+ years of experience in sales or business development roles in the IT sector, with a clear focus on opening new opportunities through consultative discovery, value articulation, and workshop‑based engagement. Fluency in English Experience in running structured sales processes, including need analysis, co‑creating solution scopes with delivery/tech experts, shaping value proStanowiskos, and guiding clients through evaluation and decision-making. Strong relationship‑building, facilitation, and negotiation skills, enabling quick trust-building, deep understanding of client needs, and effective collaboration with stakeholders in complex B2B environments.
