technologies-expected :responsibilities :- Support delivery of AI and automation projects aligned with business and plant priorities
- Collaborate with Plant Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Teams and IT teams to identify AI use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality analytics, process optimization)
- Assist in data collection, cleansing, and preparation for AI models and analytics solutions
- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Help develop and validate basic machine learning models, dashboards, and automation workflows
- Participate in pilot programs and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives within plant environments
- Document AI models, processes, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and scalability
- Support ongoing monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to manufacturing
requirements-expected :- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in data analytics, AI/ML, or related technical role (internships acceptable)
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques
- Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar data/analytics platforms
- Exposure to visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English at a professional working level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- PREFFERED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial processes (nice to have)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Basic understanding of automation tools (Power Automate, scripting, etc.)
- Interest in applying AI to operational efficiency and plant performance
