• We are looking for a Backend Developer with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow alongside us. You will have the chance to work closely with generalists and data scientists, understand our business logic and become proficient in maintaining and developing our in-house low-code/no-code platform, which forms the backbone of our entire IT stack.

responsibilities :

• Learn and master our custom low-code/no-code platform to configure and develop features
• Collaborate with generalists and data scientists to understand business logic and implement solutions
• Work independently to configure and improve our platform after gaining the necessary knowledge
• Support the development of our technology stack, with a focus on PHP and Laravel

requirements-expected :

• 2-3 years of experience in development (internships, freelance work, or other practical experience are welcome)
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to understand business logic and work hand-in-hand with different departments
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with the ability to work independently once trained
• Backend (general): PHP, esp. Laravel framework (must have), Node.js/Python (nice to have)
• Backend (API development): GraphQL or REST, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (nice to have)
• Cloud infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS (nice to have)
• CI/CD pipelines: Proficiency in tools like GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions (nice to have)
