Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Wooden House Installer role based in Warsaw. The Stanowisko involves assembling and installing prefabricated wooden house components according to technical drawings and safety standards. Daily tasks include preparing the worksite, measuring and cutting materials, erecting structural elements, installing insulation and interior finishes, and ensuring proper sealing and weatherproofing. The role also includes operating hand and power tools, coordinating with team members and supervisors, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Installers are expected to follow project timelines, report progress or issues promptly, and support quality checks throughout each stage of construction.

Qualifications
  • Practical experience in carpentry, timber construction, or wooden structure assembly, with the ability to read and work from technical drawings and installation manuals.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, nailers), along with a strong focus on safety procedures and equipment handling.
  • Solid understanding of basic construction principles, including measurement, leveling, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to perform manual work, lift materials, and work at heights or in varying weather conditions as needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a professional, reliable approach to working on‑site with colleagues, subcontractors, and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship, including accurate measurements, clean finishes, and adherence to project specifications.
