• Coordinating cross-functional squads or delivery squads
• Translating business requirements into delivery scope and backlog

• Managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines

• Openness to hybrid work (3 days from Warsaw office work per week)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related field
• Proven experience in agile product or software delivery
• Strong understanding of backlog management and delivery flow
• Working knowledge of AI / ML / LLM / RAG solutions
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and testing practises
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and data privacy principles
• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation plans
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
• Experience in cross-functional enterprise teams
• Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive approach to delivery
• Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of Jira / Confluence and MS Office
